Fabrication time for custom orders usually takes 10-15 days from the time the final artwork is approved, but can vary depending upon the complexity of the design and the desired type of finish. What type of finishes are available? We offer a full range of finishes from cleaned/bare metal to expoxy enamels and powder coating, as well as special patinas and clear-coating. We want our products to have the best finish for the application and take pride in the quality of our finished work. When is payment due for custom work? Customers receive final pricing with the approval artwork before fabrication begins. Some larger projects may require a 30-50% downpayment, but we do not ask for the payment in full until the job is done and our customer is satisfied! What types of payment do we accept? Most of our orders are invoiced thru PayPal, or in person we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We also have items that can be bought directly from our online Etsy store.
